Can I try DPP Hero for free?
Yes. Every account starts with 1 free product including all features — DIN SPEC 99100 data structure, PDF & JSON export, QR code and hosted product page. No credit card required.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, the new plan takes effect immediately. When downgrading, access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Are prices shown with or without VAT?
All prices are shown excluding VAT. For customers with a valid EU VAT ID, reverse charge applies (0% VAT). For German customers without a VAT ID, 19% VAT is added.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. No long-term contracts.
