How it works with DPP Hero

Micro-Sensys NFC and RFID data carriers complement DPP Hero's battery passport software. Together, the solution enables manufacturers to store the DPP Hero QR link directly on a durable tag attached to the battery — meeting EU Battery Regulation requirements for both digital and physical data carriers.

1

Create your digital product passport in DPP Hero and generate the unique product URL.

2

Encode the product URL onto a Micro-Sensys NFC or RFID tag using their reader/writer tools.

3

Attach the tag to the battery. Inspectors and customers can now scan the tag to access the full passport — no QR code needed.
